Extending the horizon toward the other AGC EU Divisions(Building and Solar) assignment in Sales and Marketing Depts. could beenvisaged.   TheRole / Job Therole of Junior Account Manager includes mainly followingresponsibilities: Establish, build and develop Customer Relationsfor two main customers (Hyundai and KIA). Calculate and prepare offers up to thecontractual process, including technical, logistical and economicconsiderations. Provide support and advice the OEM in allcommercial and technical questions.  Act as an interface between the Customer andthe Company. Communicate inside the AGC Organization theCustomer's strategy, mentality, methodology, expectations and needs.  Represent AGC toward the Customer ("AGCAmbassador") and act as a single point of contact for all customerneeds in order to guarantee optimal service to the OEM and solving anycritical issues in the shortest possible time. Knowledgeand Experience Required: Therole of Junior Account Manager includes mainly followingresponsibilities: University degree, preferably in businessengineering or Engineering with equivalent experience in Sales,Marketing, Economics or Business Administration. Sales and/or Marketing experience in theautomotive industry; working processes and requirements of theautomotive industry. Development and/or program management experiencewithin the automotive industry. Leadership, Autonomy, Pragmatic, self-disciplined and self-confident.  Goal and action oriented: ability to performanalysis, prepare and submit proposals, able to take decisions. Excellent customer service skills. Entrepreneurship and business comprehension.  Team player, with ability to listen, delegate,communicate and negotiate. Ability to manage multifunctional projects.  Willing to travel within Europe. Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite. Native Korean speaker, fluency in Englishrequired. Any other European language is an asset, preferably Czechand/or Slovak. Location The position is located is located in Slovakia orCzech Republic.
