You do this by acting as the link between the customer on one hand and the dealer net on the other hand. - You look for acceptable solutions for problems related to the breakdown - You keep all the different parties up to date about the progress. You do this in a proactive way. You are part of a team with certain language skills, but throughout the process you work closely together with other teams within the company. You are fluent in English in combination with German and French/Dutch. You are customer-oriented and have good communicative skills. You have basic skills in MS Office applications and you are willing to work in a shift system (morning, afternoon, night and weekend shift).
